Ever since I spotted this collection, I knew I'd have to illustrate one of the looks from it! I really love the colours, the cut of the trousers and the cute little blazers; Oh, and the hair too! Prada isn't a label I follow too closely but I think this collection was pretty perfect.
Here come the Disney Tsum Tsum's! If you haven't heard of Tsum Tsum's, they are basically cylinder shaped plush toys available in a bunch of different sizes, and the idea is that you stack them all on top of each other. I have a few of the mini ones and they really are adorable and very collectible! For some strange reason they don't seem to be available at Disney stores here in the UK, but you can buy them from Clintons. I love them and I can't wait until some of the other characters arrive in stores. I might make a couple of other gifs based on them too!
This was inspired by my recent Stockholm poster. I really wanted to create a vintagey looking illustration that appeared a little battered and worn. I really do like these oversized characters, and if you like them too then I'll design a couple more!
A bit of a WoW/My Little Pony (the old style ponies) mashup today! Here we have the beautiful mustangs that run around Grizzly Hills close to the Westfall Brigade Encampment. As part of a quest you have to ride 5 of these mustangs back to base - n'aaw! Although if you're Horde you have to frighten the horses away to stop the Alliance from taming them!
I've recently started watching Witches of East End (which has apparently been cancelled!) and one of the witches can transform herself into a little black cat - I wish I had this power! I also wish I had this stunning emerald pendant.
The awesome Kathryn suggested that I should try drawing a Dala Horse in my style and after doing a little research on them, I did just that! I even added a cute, little baby version. I really adore these colourful, painted horses. What do you think of them?
This is a bit of a continuation on from my Stockholm poster. I like the idea of oversized characters exploring tiny worlds, and what response people might have to them. I kind of feel sorry for this cowboy!
